Vrouwen worden steeds belangrijker in films. In 2016 hadden we Jyn als het belangrijkste karakter op de Star Wars posters, Harley Quin leidde zo’n beetje de Suicide Squad en Black Widow is al weer een paar jaar geleden neergezet als power-vrouw in het Marvel universum.
De ruimte die ingericht wordt op de posters voor vrouwen komt niet bepaald overeen met de tijd dat zij aan het woord zijn. Alleen Dory babbelt zichzelf er doorheen.
